Santa Cruz West Cliff Villas

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to welcome you to West Cliff Villas and our Home Owner's Association. West Cliff Villa's is a premier private condominium development in the City of Santa Cruz. Our multi-story units overlook the municipal wharf and surfing communities of Cowell's Beach and famed Steamers Lane.

Each unit is individually owned. Some long term and vacation rentals are individually managed by owners. Unit size varies with seven distinctive floor plans. Most units are multi-story.

Our complex features a pool, spa, locking remote control gates and on site security 24/7. Only permit parking is allowed.

Architectural control is maintained by strict guidelines and review. Any change that may alter the exterior view or structural integrity of the units, whether inside or out, requires review by the Board of Directors. A form for this process is available on the website or from our representative at Shoreline Property Management, Inc. (831-426-8013). Change requests may require supporting documentation for engineering and fire safety.

An updated master landscape plan governs plants, shrubs, bushes and small tree's that give a tiered look to our development with safety in mind. Home owners may decorate further with ceramic pots and planter boxes supported by air strips.

Once a year we may host an advertised yard sale for owners and pool side no host bbq. We also encourage new owner's and renters to contact our Board of Directors with "how to" questions or other concerns. A welcome committee is a new group we have added to benefit our home owners and renters.
